About Piano Haus

There is a great place for live and practice rooms for Music Students. The spacious massive stone building has an excellent natural scenery with clean fresh air. Located south of Berlin at the S2 (Green Line), which leads directly to the circle line of Berlin city and the airport BER.

The piano practice rooms are all day available (1 BECHSTEIN Grandpiano & 3 upright piano). Piano, violins, cellos…. almost all instruments are wellcome. If needed you can also use a bicycle.

Rooms

Beautiful rooms for a comfortable stay. There are single and double rooms available. The house is in a clean and quiet area at the gates of the south of Berlin, the S2 speed line is 5 minutes away. In 20 minutes you are on Südkreuz Circle Line and in 10 minutes more you are right in the center of the Brandenburg Gate of Berlin.

Nice spacious rooms with a bed, table / chair and a closet. Your room has a locked door. 3 people share a kitchen and 4 toilets and 2 separate showers. You can make Anmeldung (for visa, register to receive your letters from the University or make a mobile phone contract). For your convenience: we have free WiFi and free sheets. The house is warm during winter and cooler in the summer, and underfloor heating is free. There is a coin laundry available and an iron.

Instrument Practice Studio With A Piano

Piano, Violin, Guitar, Cello, Contrabass are welcome here… almost all instruments.
